Digital Product Purchases Are Final

Integrated Lifestyle LLC dba Audio Wizard AV (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) does not offer voluntary refunds, returns, or exchanges for digital products.

This policy applies to:

The Smart Home Design Blueprint.

Smart Home Planner access.

Online courses and educational content.

Downloadable guides, checklists, templates, and planning resources.

Audio versions and other digital add-ons.

Bundles containing these digital offerings.

Because these purchases provide digital content or access rather than a returnable physical item, all digital product sales are final, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or an express guarantee made at the time of purchase.

Review Your Purchase Before Ordering

Please review the product description, included features, access period, price, and any stated technical requirements before completing your purchase.

We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, lack of use, failure to download available materials, or deciding that you no longer need the product.

Choosing not to log in or use a product does not cancel the purchase.

Access and Technical Support

If you do not receive your access instructions, cannot download a file, or experience a technical problem, contact [email protected].

Include:

The name and email address used for your purchase.

Your order number, if available.

A description of the problem.

We will investigate and work to provide the content or access included in your purchase. Depending on the issue, this may involve resending instructions, restoring access, replacing a file, or providing another appropriate solution.

This no-refund policy does not remove our obligation to deliver what you purchased or provide any remedy required by law.

Duplicate or Incorrect Charges

If you believe you were charged twice for the same purchase, billed incorrectly, or charged without authorization, contact us promptly.

Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be corrected as appropriate. These corrections are separate from discretionary refunds for valid purchases.

You retain any applicable rights to dispute a charge through your payment provider.

Personalized Planning and Other Services

Personalized planning, design reviews, consulting, installation, construction, and equipment purchases are governed by the cancellation and refund terms disclosed in their applicable offer or written agreement.

A personalized planning service is not treated as a digital product solely because its final deliverable is a PDF or other electronic file.

Subscriptions

If an offering includes recurring billing, its billing frequency and cancellation terms will be disclosed before purchase.

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals in accordance with those terms. Payments for an existing billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.

A one-time digital purchase does not authorize recurring charges.

Existing Purchases and Advertised Guarantees

This policy does not retroactively remove a refund right or guarantee that was included with an earlier purchase.

If an express guarantee or different refund policy was provided at the time of your purchase, that commitment applies to that purchase.

Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including any applicable rights relating to non-delivery, defective digital content, misrepresentation, or unauthorized charges.
